Our Utility Assistance Program is designed to provide vital support to individuals and families experiencing financial hardships. We understand that unexpected challenges can make it difficult to keep up with essential utility bills. That’s why we’re here to help those facing heat, water, and electricity shutoff notices regain stability and peace of mind.

How We Can Help
We offer assistance to residents who are at risk of losing essential utilities due to unpaid bills. This program ensures that households remain safe and functional during times of financial hardship by addressing:

Program Highlights
- Assistance is provided as a one-time grant to help pay past-due utility bills.
- Funds are paid directly to utility companies on behalf of the eligible customer.

At the time of your appointment you MUST bring:
- Photo Identification for ALL household members
- Household gross monthly income
- Social Security CARDS for ALL household members
- Electric, gas, water, or sewage shut-off document
- Proof of ability to make future payments
